Order Queries

If you would like to contact us about your existing order, please reference the Order ID that you received in your order email.

Spare Parts

If you require spare parts for one of your furniture sets, please email us with the subject line "Spare Parts Request", to [email protected], with the details of the product and clear photos of the part required (with labels such as "right arm when facing the bench from the front").
